Taylor Hats Returns Policy

We want you to love your hat, but if it’s not quite right, returning it is easy.

Free returns within 90 days
If you change your mind, you can return your order within 90 days of receiving it, completely free of charge.

UK orders
All UK orders include a free return label inside the box, so you don’t need to pay for postage or request one separately.

International orders
If you’re outside the UK, please contact us at info@taylorhats.com to start your return, and we’ll guide you through the process.

No reason needed
You don’t have to provide a reason for your return, but if your item arrived damaged or faulty, please let us know so we can make it right.
